Spa Policy

A clean hygienic environment is of the utmost importance. We thoroughly 

sterilize all of our treatment areas and equipment with the most up 

to date methods.  In order to maintain the health and well-being of your skin,

and the environment, Bocu Salon and Day Spa is a smoke-free atmosphere.  

Please advise us, in advance, of any medical conditions, pregnancies,

 allergies or medication taken on a regular basis.  For your convenience,

 we provide robes, slippers, lockers for personal items, showers, towels, hair and 

body products and blow dryers.  To ensure total relaxation, we request that you 

leave all jewelry and valuables at home as we cannot be responsible for lost or 

stolen items.  Lunch is included in packages where indicated.  If your service does 

not include lunch, we would be happy to make arrangements for you during your 

visit to the Spa for a nominal charge.  Just let the Spa Coordinator know when you 

book your appointment.  The entire Spa staff is dedicated to providing you 

with the highest quality service in a prompt and efficient manner.  Therefore 

we ask that the Spa guests arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment 

to allow for preparation time. 

Cancellations

The Treatments you select are reserved especially for you with one of our trained 

professionals.  One service requires 24 hour cancellation; two or more 

services require 48 hour cancellation. Appointments not cancelled will forfeit 

gift certificate or be charged in full to a charge card.  No refunds will be given in 

cash or credit card adjustments. Store credit only.

Spa Hours: Monday thru Thursday 10am-6pm, Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday 9-6, Sunday 9-4
