Salon Policy

A clean hygienic environment is of the utmost importance. We thoroughly sterilize all of our treatment 

areas and equipment with the most up to date methods.  In order to maintain the health and well-being 

of your skin, and the environment, Bocu Salon and Day Spa is a smoke-free atmosphere.  A 24 hour 

notice is required for hair coloring and texturizing appointments. *For your convenience, we provide 

robes for the protection of your clothing. Bocu will not be responsible for stained clothing.  

Cancellations

Brides and bridal Parties: The appointment you select are reserved especially for you with one of our 

trained professionals. One appointment requires 24 hour cancellation; two or more appointments 

require 48 hour cancellation. Appointments not cancelled will forfeit gift certificate or be charged fully 

to a charge card. No refunds will be given in cash or credit card adjustments. Store credit only. 

Acceptable payments; Visa, MC, American Exp, Dept, Cash and Checks
Salon Hours: Monday and Tuesday 10am-6pm / Wednesday, Thursday 10am to 9pm / and Friday 9am to 9pm /  

Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 9am to 4pm
